Trophy Stall minor league softball tournament is set to commence on July 2 under lights at a venue to be named. The competition, which is open to companies and associations, will be contested in two categories; open and over 35.
Organsier Samuel Kingston told Kaieteur Sport that major league teams such as Regal, Trophy Stall, Farm, Wolf’s Warriors, Speed Boat and Memorex have been debarred from the tournament and participating teams are allowed two guest players.
Entrance fee is $12,000. Teams are asked to register as early as possible since only the first 16 will be accepted and can contact Samuel Kingston on 614-9536 for more information.
