Terrence Phillips, a 24 year old ‘D’ Field Sophia resident, was shot twice to the abdomen after he was robbed by two gun toting bandits last night.
According to reports, Phillips was between ‘C’ Field and ‘D’ Fields a short distance from his home, when two men on bicycles rode up to him and demanded that he hand over his money. He reportedly did not have any money on him and as such was robbed of his cell phone.
The young bandits reportedly told him not to say or do anything but he screamed and was shot twice to the stomach after which the robbers fled.
Phillips was rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation by friends and family, reportedly in a stable condition.
