This inaugural activity during the Linden Town Week 2014 celebrations saw Top 26 Freestyle Jumpers from the Primary Schools competing on April 29 at Wisroc/Amelia’s Ward Car Park.
The day’s activity started with the Last Man standing competition where the 26 participants attempting to out jump each other but after ten minutes of jumping only Shania Liverpool of Christianburg Primary School and Shannea Worrell of St. Aidan’s Primary School were jumping.

After more than seventeen minutes of this display the judges were more than happy to stop the competitors and declare them joint champions.
The attention then turned to the Freestyle competition where all the participants had a chance to display their individual skills being judged on techniques, creativity and acrobatic skills among others.
Shania Liverpool of Christianburg Primary emerged champion with the second and third positions occupied by Shannea Worrell and Serena Drakes both of St. Aidan’s Primary.
Each participant also received a medal in recognition of their participation. Also on show were members of Praise Tabernacle Fitness Group as well as members from the general public.
