AFC Region 5 Rejects the Out Cast from the AFC

It is with great concerns that we are writing this letter and most of all we do not indent to attack anyone personally as wewill be sharing our views on the recent so-called commentary that was aired on Lrtvs channel 10 last night (May 2nd, 2014) by the AFC outcast regional councilor Haseef Yusuf.
Mr. Yusuf seems to know little about the 2014 national budget estates according to his comments whereby he was justifying that the PPP\C had everything place in the correct line items for the beneficiaries of the budgetary allocations.  He attached the AFC like a toothless pit bull because if he can tell us as to, why is it that NCN budgetary allocation was under the heading of the Office of the President? NCN is not attached or affiliated to the OP work programs.  We all know that government and the PPP\C controls NCN, so, why is that they are bundling up this NCN allocation under OP budget? We can understand that you are also having free time on NCN for your waste talks. There are more items that are place in the wrong heading of the estimates and we can go on but we will encourage Mr. Yusuf to properly read and understand between the lines of the 2014 national budget estimates.  In this way he will educate himself as an accountant because we don’t think that the rest of the Accountants in this country and afar are supporting this jumble up budget estimates.
Wewill also like to ask Mr. Yusuf, What is wrong with the AFC 2011 elections manifesto\blueprint for Guyana? He went on to outlined some facts in the manifesto and then started comparing with the present budget estimates that was cut, such as hyro power, the CJIA, Amerindian Development fund, etc.  Mr. Yusuf the accountant, the items are again bundle up in the wrong heading. How much have you read if you have the 2014 budget estimates? Do you know that nothing was given to the working people of this country? Do you know that the PPP\C administration fail to address the reduction of the Berbice River Bridge toll? Are you aware that there is no deduction in the VAT? Are you aware that the nurses will not be getting a better stipend monthly? Have you ever went in to the Amerindian communities and ask the brothers and sisters if they are truly benefitting from this ADF? We hope you will go one day and see whats happening in those areas.  You went on to talk of the cut to the Specialty Hospital and say that the AFC leaders can afford to go overseas with the donation they are collecting and that is why they don’t want the hospital.  Well Mr. Yusuf ALL funds collected by ANY MEMBER of the AFC is accounted for and that is why we the AFC can be seen as a third force and the party has recently purchase a property to be used as our permanent national headquarters, unlike your PPP, we do not collect perks from contractors to fund our party.The AFC leaders never hire a jet to go overseas for cold and Diarrhea. Take a serious look at the word “Specialty”, because I think that all doctors are specialist in their field and therefore all hospitals need to be a specialty hospital in Guyana.
Mr. Yusuf, you went on to cuss down the leaders of the AFC, calling them fools and all sort of things but we want to assure you that the leaders of the AFC are the Strongest and honest politicians in this country and will not stoop low to reply to your utter nonsense.  We see the AFC leaders as respectable people that is welcome throughout the length and breadth of this country and that’s why the PPP\C is now the loser government. You know that the leaders are of high caliber and status and u cannot bring the AFC down.   And please there is a saying “wen fox can’t get the grapes he tun sour”. You were a member of the AFC but the entire leadership finds you double crossing and taking internal matters to the PPP\C for gains and that is why you now become an outcast to the party.
Berbicians are sensible people and when they listen to you we all know that you cannot be trusted.  Imagine you sit on the RDC council as an AFC councilor and you are abusing the AFC.  This alone tells us that you cannot be in your right sense and instead for you to offer the leaders of the AFC a place at the hospital next to canje bridge you should reconsider that position and take it up as early as possible because there is a saying that says “neva dig aholefu u matty because one day you might fall it.  The AFC make you sit on that council and yet you are cussing down the party, here we go again “WHEN PUPPY TURN DOG HE GUN TURN ROUND AND BITE YOU”.
Mr. Yusuf AFC is strong; we may look weak but never under estimate us.  We don’t have the resources like the two main parties but we are here to stay and stay forever.  We listen to your abuse and cuss down of the AFC Moses Nagamootoo, KhemrajRamjattan, Donna Matoo, CharrandassPersaud and other leaders esp. Dr. Ramayya last night but we want you to know that although the AFC had an heated issue with you and the good, intelligent, strong, a man of the people and struggler Dr. Ramayya he never cuss the bridge he cross and that is why he is still a leader and top brass in the AFC.  He will always be that in the AFC as long he wishes to be with the party.  The people of Berbice respect the good doctor and we dare you to come out and let’s do a public survey between you and Dr. Ramayya and let’s see the results as to who is the man of and for the people of Berbice.
Mr. Yusuf think when you are speaking and most of all thing positive for once.  We  call on you to sit back, relax and ask yourself, Why am I cussing down the AFC so badly? What will I gain? Will the people using me give a MP, Ministerial or even regional chairman position after the next elections if they win?  Am I being swayed into this cuss down mode like Bharrat and his boys in the 2011 elections? Remember you yourself say that the PPP\C cuss down tactics cannot hamper the AFC at the tain train line dam in the 2011 AFC rally. And there are more you need to ask yourself because if you are to listen to yourself you will know that everything you are saying doesn’t make any sense at all and please stop looking at the PPP\C people in studios with you when on TV because you tend to read wrong.
