Among those in attendance was FIA Track Engineer Mexican Julian Obed, who arrived in Guyana on Monday night to hold discussions with local racing officials about the re-design of the current track to bring it up to a Level 3 facility which was discussed during FIA President Jeav Todt’s visit last year.
