With all systems in place a scintillating and action packed day of racing is anticipated. Close to 80 entries have been received, with over $8M in prizes at stake.

The main C 3 and lower event, which has been upgraded from D, has the likes of Swing Easy, Got To Go, Run Nana Run, The Message, CP Got Even, California Strike, Red and Lovely, Grand De Roja, Treacle, Force Entry and Some Legend among others set to compete for the $1M winners take and trophy compliments of Banks DIH Limited.
The highly anticipated F and lower event has been changed to 1200M for a winning take of $500,000 with Swing Easy, Rosetta, Mission King, Appealing Harvest, Traditional man, Joyful Victory and Quiet Strom looking to cause a ruckus.
The top animal in the Four-year-old Guyana and West Indies bred event will race away with $500,000 over 1500M, among them are Princess Alicia, It’s My Turn, Ameer’s Joy, Another Jet, Guyana Star and Monsoon.
Release The Best, Time to dance, Royal Empire, Quiet dancer, I will have another, Unthinkable Girl and Nobody wants will be competing for the $400,000 top purse in the Three-year-old event for Guyana and West Indies bred horses over 1300M.
There is a race for animals classified G3 West Indies Maiden and Guyana open over 1200m for a $400,000 first prize. Joyful Victory, Quiet Strom, Battle Hymn, Feels The Gold, She So Special, Easy to win, Silent Night and Viking are lined up to compete.
Among the horses lined up for the ‘I’ and Lower 1000M sprint for a $250,000 winners pocket are Mary Ann, Funny Side, De Gump, and Windy Killer.
The J and Lower 1200M for a $200,000 prize has over 10 entries including Affinity, The Road is Mine, Romeo, Prince Bayaya, Smarty Light, and Iron Man.
