Under the Ministry of Public Works, a Canadian company was the solitary bidder for the monitoring and evaluation consultancy of the fourth road project on the West Coast of Demerara. The bids were opened yesterday at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB), Ministry of Finance, Main Street.
