Professor Clem Seecharan to lecture tonight at Everest Cricket Club’s 100th anniversary celebration

The Everest Cricket Club launched its 100th year anniversary celebration on the Saturday February 1 with a simple ceremony opened by the President – Mr. Rajesh Singh where he gave a brief history of the club from 1914 to present.
As part of the celebrations, well renowned Caribbean History Prof. Clem Seecharan will deliver a lecture on the History of the Everest Cricket Club – 100 years tonight at the Club house starting at 19:00hrs. All are invited to this historic milestone achievement.
The club will be producing a magazine that will capture the history from 1914 to 2014, these will include past Presidents, pictures, famous cricket matches, interviews and lots more. This magazine will be distributed for free and is being produced by Mr. Vickram Singh of Classimag. Any businesses or corporate entities willing to advertise in the magazine can do by contacting the club as soon as possible. The release date will be on February 28.
