Berbice will be in the news again. A determined police division will be making life tough for the criminals who until recently had a field day. They are going to stage a raid and nab a group of men who would have in their possession weapons.
The men will turn out to be men who all had brushes with the law. As can be expected, two of them will be teenagers.

Accidents are the norm these days. There will be another horrific crash along a major carriageway because a speeding driver who should not be driving would overtake at the wrong time.
The Georgetown Public Hospital would be hard pressed to cope with the spate of trauma victims.

The authorities are going to make another drug bust at the major airport. It would seem that people are not prepared to back off, but the reality is that they have a surfeit of illegal drugs and desperately need the money to cover the cost. The supplier is calling and there is nervousness.
To compound the issue is the presence of a group of narco-agents from a foreign country, who recognize that Guyana is now a major transshipment point.
