The Annual General Meeting of the East Bank Football Association (EBFA) has been set for Sunday February 16, 2014 at the Grove Community Centre.
The General Council of the EBFA, which held its first meeting on Sunday last, agreed to the date for the AGM which will see elections being held for the position of President, Vice President, Treasurer, Assistant Secretary/Treasurer, Organising Secretary and Public Relations Officer.

Nominations for office must reach the General Secretary fourteen (14) days before the date of the Annual General Meeting at which officers are to be elected. (Article 10.4)
Notice of any motion or resolution to be moved at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) must be submitted to the General Secretary on or before the fourteenth day preceding the date of the Annual General Meeting (AGM). (Article 10.9)
