During the trial the prosecution had called six witnesses up to the time it had stopped. During that time the accused kept interrupting the trial and despite several warnings from his lawyer, the Marshal, the prison officer and the judge,
he kept saying that nobody was there including the judge, magistrate, jurors, and police. ‘Nobody was there. How you can try me? You been deh?
