Dear Editor,
The Upper Corentyne Cricket Association wishes to inform the general public that we never spoke to one by the name of Fizul Bacchus or anyone from the Essequibo Cricket Board with regards to article captioned ‘Mr Lumumba, the stakeholders and government should all apologise’ printed in Kaieteur News daily papers dated December 16, 2013.
As a matter of fact, we fully support the cricket bill and ask for an early passage in parliament so as to return the game to normalcy in our country.
