However, they will have to contend with seasoned campaigners in Got to Go, Grande de Roja, Donut Prince, CP Got Even, Prince Charming, Who is on the Case, Force Entry, the Message, Country Armagh and Zelick. Added to the forecast above is the American invasion of Rock Movie Star, Money in Return and Some Legend all due for a big win. Will this be their day? Only time will tell.
The Three year old derby for Guyana and West Indies Bred horses has its fair share of excitement which will see the likes of It’s My Turn, Monsoon, Gold Rush, Princess Alisha, Battle Hymn and Gold Princess competing for the winning pocket of $600,000.
The D and lower event is expected to be another scorcher as anyone can with the $600,000 top money and trophy. Will Swing Easy have things its way again and swing away with the top prize or will Treacle continue its recent good showing just like Country Armagh, Golden Reprise and Red and Lovely. Or will Majestic live up to its name and prove them wrong.
The G1and lower race is also being talked about with Damascus Dream, Captain Crook, Bridal Stone Corner, War Craft; this cat is Back, Rosetta, Ferry Landing and Wild Grinder among the lot competing for the $300,000 and trophy for the winner.

Beef (Golden Key) and Triple are among those entered in the race for Two Year old Guyana Bred and West Indies Bred maiden horse for a winner’s purse of $300,000.
There will be a renewed rivalry in the three years old race for Guyana Bred horses which will once again see the intense battles among Cat Messiah, Silent Night, She So Special and Easy to win for the $300,000 first prize and trophy.
The ‘I’ and lower race will have a first prize of $200,000 and trophy with I want Revenge, Savion, Funny Side and Mary Ann among others in action.
The J and lower event has among others, Smarty Light, Sango and Golden Reprise running for winning prize of $150,000 and trophy.
Outstanding individual performers including top Jockey, trainer and stable will be presented with accolades compliments of the Trophy Stall Bourda Market and the organisers.
