Scary!!!
This utility pole came down simultaneously at Providence, East Bank Demerara yesterday. It caused uproar in a couple homes on the Public Road, since electrical appliances burst into flames. Fortunately, these were promptly extinguished and the Guyana Power and Light (GPL) was called in to remedy the situation.
