Queens Atlantic reduces bid by $46M for OP warehouse rental services
Queens Atlantic Investment Inc (QAII) after being the previous lone bidder for the provision of warehouse services for Office of the President placed a lower bid yesterday after the project was retendered under the procurement of warehouse rental services within the same sector.
The bids were opened at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB) Ministry of Finance, Main Street.
QAII initially placed a $59.7M bid which was opened on September 24, 2013 at the NPTAB for the provision of warehouse services. However, it was retendered yesterday and a sum of $13.7M was placed by QAII.
