Already labeled with a reputation of being Guyana’s premier Events Company, Rent-a-Tent will once again be presenting its annual VIP Pavilion for the final leg of the Caribbean Motor Racing Championship (CMRC) scheduled to be staged this Sunday, at the South Dakota Circuit.
As the Guyanese community gears up for the final showdown among the Caribbean’s best racers and with an estimated 15,000 fans anticipated descending at the venue, Rent-a-Tent will be offering fans an exclusive view and VIP experience from its 6,000 square foot tent where patrons will be pampered all day by qualified staff.
According to an official from the Company, patrons will be able to sample the breakfast station where delicacies such as omelets will be cooked on-the-spot. Lunch, snacks, premium beverages and Banks DIH Cocktails will also be available throughout the day.
Over the last three years this unique pavilion was an overwhelming success and the official informed that this year they are determined to provide patrons with an even higher level of service. With the purchase of a ticket, Rent-a-Tent will offer you access to the VIP Pavilion, an elite atmosphere, secure parking, use of all facilities within the compound, including a supervised play park for children, air- conditioned restrooms, sponsors’ giveaways, interaction with the drivers and other surprises.
For added convenience, the official said that the VIP Pavilion tickets can be delivered to persons desirous of enjoying the experience at their home or office, or may be purchased at Rent-A-Tent in Rahaman’s Park.
The VIP Pavilion is limited to 600 patrons and only tickets sold prior to the date of the event are guaranteed entry.
The officials said that the Company is looking forward to entertaining patrons in the comfort of the VIP Pavilion from as early as 08:00 hrs and is reminding that air-conditioned washroom and secure parking will also be available.
Interested persons are also being encouraged to contact Rent-a-Tent for any queries that they may have.
