As preparations continue for the Bush Lot United Turf Club (BLUTC) in collaboration with the Inshan Bacchus ‘Hard Running’s’ Trucking Service and Nazrudeen “Jumbo Jet ‘Junior’ Mohammed one day horserace meet slated for Sunday 10thNovember at the club’s entity Sea View Park Bush Lot Village, West Coast Berbice, a number of new animals have entered the country to participate in the day’s event.
The eight race meet is turning out to be a grand event with over $7M in cash and prizes up for grabs. Over the past two weeks a number of top animals have be imported into the country to participate in the event. The F and L Syndicate of Hopetown lead the way with – Money in Return and Some Legend, while the Jumbo Jet connections have reportedly flown in Jack is my Style. A number of other new imports will be confirmed during the coming week they will all be running in the feature ‘C’ and lower 1400M event for a first prize of $1M and trophy against the likes of two times Guyana Cup winner, Elle’s Vision, California Strike, Settle in Seattle, Got To Go, Grande de Roja, City Tune, Work Force, Swing Easy, Donut Prince, Country Armagh, Who is on the Case, Force Entry Zelick, and Africanist.
The other events on the day’s programme are – F class and lower race over 1400M for a top prize of $400,000 and trophy.
The three Year old event for West Indies bred maiden and Guyana bred open horses for a winners take of $400,000 and trophy over 1200M.
A similar $400,000 and trophy is available for the winner of the event for two year old Guyana and West Indies Bred horses over 1200M.
The G3 and lower event over 1200M is for a winning purse of $300,000 and trophy. The ‘I’ and lower event is another 1200M affair for a winning purse of$200,000 and trophy.
The J and K class match up will see the winner pocketing $130,000 and trophy over 1400M.
The newly added K and lower 1200M race has a winning take of $100,000 and trophy.

Among some of the horses expected to take part are – Fresh Again, Joyful victory, Ameera’s Joy, Unsettled, Cat Messiah, Charismatics Boy, Celebrating Love, , Fresh Again, Prospectors Pride, , Silent Night, Top of the Line, Marathon man, Silver Jet, Another Jet, Settling Jet, It’s my Day, Nobody wants me, It’s My Turn, Princess Alicia, I Want Revenge, Rosetta, Blame The Jockey, Rosanna, Mary Ann, Royal Empire, Captain Crook and Golden Key, Traditional man, Silent Lizzy, Treacle, Prince Bayaya, Sweet Return, Smarty Light, She So Special, Gold Rush, Miss Karina, Savion, Monsoon, Bridal Stone Corner and De Gump among others.
The individual performers including top jockey, stable and trainer will be presented with trophies compliments of The Trophy Stall, Bourda Market and the organisers.
