The dry spell is not good for farmers nor is it good for homeowners. Fires are the common features and one such fire is going to raze a house because a homeowner is attempting to burn garbage. Once more the community would try with its limited resources to contain the blaze but to no avail.
People are going to be rendered homeless having lost all their worldly possessions.

The drug trade is alive but there is a shift. Of course the market is overseas but the law enforcement officials are up to the task. They keep making busts and with each bust the dealer is going to start looking at some of his friends.
This would see some killings which would leave some people in shock. Prominent people would come under attack and this would lead to the belief that no one is outside the scope of the attacks.

Another fraud is slowly being uncovered. A major bank will find that staff members invade people’s accounts with the belief that the customer would not notice. But one customer would actually notice and demand an explanation.
The bank is going to ask that the matter not be made public, but this is like asking a dumb person to speak. The story is going to come out and other customers are going to descend on the bank for examinations.
