New York based Guyana-American karate instructor – Sensei Pramhansa ‘Kumar’ Ramkirath has had his rank of 3rd Degree Black Belt officially recorded in the Black Belt registrar of the World United Karate Organization (WUKO).
Sensei Ramkirath is the New York rep for the Bassai Karate Dojo- International. He has been training since 1992 under Darryl Williams. He also holds a 1st Dan in Kobudo (Okinawan weapons) and kickboxing.

Meanwhile, Sensei Stephen Parris, 7th Dan -Shotokan Karate has been retained as Technical Adviser to the Trinidad and Tobago Karate Federation (TTKF).
The very experienced and knowledgeable karate master joins other top level experts who assist the TTKF in technical development.
Sensei Parris has been in karate for over fifty years and is also an accomplished fitness expert. He is TTKF member for Canada. His 7th Degree Black Belt was homologated by the World United Karate Organization (WUKO) in 2009.
