Mix Up, Snake and Gangster through to zone 1 semis
Mix Up, Snake and Gangster have booked their places in the semifinals in zone 1 of the Georgetown leg of the F and H Million Dollars plus nation wide dominoes competition. Mix Up won their quarterfinal round which was played recently at R and R venue with 72 games ahead of Gangster 70 and Rage 65. The zone 1 semifinals will be played this evening at the said venue.
Phantom marked 72 games to win their quarterfinal round in zone 2, while Unruly Bunch came second with 71 and Assassin placed third with 65.
Providence won the second quarterfinal with 71 games; Special Point chalked 69 to take second place and Thunder finished third with 60. The semifinals in zone 2 were contested last evening at Dynasty with Providence, Special Point and Phantom battling for final berths.
Meanwhile, Phantom recorded 71 games to win the latest preliminary round of matches in zone 2 ahead of Unruly Bunch 70 and Raiders 66.
Unruly Bunch and TNT have drawn the bye to the final.
