These days people thiefing and boasting. Contractor does boast how dem thief and smart de government. Dem Minister does thief and boast too. In fact dem does race fuh see who can thief more. De more dem thief is de more proud dem does get.
Well dem boys seh that all this only happen de other day. Not one of dem ain’t get jail.
In fact, dem even refusing to pay dem taxes. Some company that does do billions of dollars in business paying less tax than a man wukking for $200 grand a month.
De income tax boss man know this but he frighten de Rat. He got to be careful who he touch when he want to investigate. And dem Chinee know this suh dem and all get in de act. Some of dem does pay rent—sometimes as much as $20 million a year but dem claim that dem mekking a loss. Dem and all don’t pay tax. Dem tell dem boys that de money dem does pay at Home Affairs is de tax money.
De Brazilians does pay dem taxes at de Home Affairs Ministry too. But that is life. All dem business people. Chinee and Guyanese does bring in some big container worth millions of dollars but dem does still claim how dem ain’t selling nutten. Yet is every other day dem bringing in container.
That is why Guyana poor and Khurshid ain’t doing nutten fuh change de situation. He allowing de rich to tek from de poor.
