Guyana advance to semis in Caribbean Badminton C/ships team event
The Team Event continued Monday and Tuesday at the Caribbean International Junior Championships (CAREBACO) which is being held in San Juan, Puerto Rico from September 8-15, 2013 and Guyana advanced to the semi-final stage of the competition.

after gaining a walk over. Their points standing which is 6 (six), put the Guyana Team in the Number one Position in Group B and give them a place in the semi-finals.
Guyana were down to play Suriname in the semi-finals yesterday, while the other semi-final was between Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic.
Barbados settled for 5th place after defeating Trinidad.
The members of the Guyana Team are:
Boys – Narayan Ramdhani, Noel Shewjattan, Jonathan Mangra,
Girls – Priyanna Ramdhani, Nadine Jairam, Meshonn Persaud
