Bulletin issued for Muammar Jabar
The police have issued a wanted bulletin for Muammar Jabar in relation to the murder of Tolasicy Marshall called ‘Talo’, which was committed on August 20 at James Street, Albouystown.

Jabar is described as brown in complexion, thinly built, of African heritage, and his last known address was 33 James Street, Albouystown.
