Dear Editor,
I wish to extend my sincerest condolences to the relatives of Angela Mc Allister on her senseless and horrific death. There are so many things to say about this incident and the recent spate of domestic violence in Guyana.
However, I just want to simply say to teenaged girls in Guyana there is no need at 14, 15,16, 17, 18 to be in these serious stranglehold relationships.
At 17, Angela should have been dating (several persons), furthering her education, engaged in hobbies, playing a sport, traveling, experiencing other cultures, dreaming and planning for her future.
