Who expects the unthinkable? What is the unthinkable? For some people the unthinkable will come in the form of a road accident, something that is fast becoming all too common in this country. There will be a lot of entertainment in the coming days and very young people are prone to excesses at this time.
A car with some inebriated young men will plough into a concrete structure because too much fun can lead to some irresponsible behaviour.
The parents are going to raise their voices in anguish but to those looking on, there will be more of the same in the coming days.

The rivers are busy with people heading to and from the hinterland. Of course the likelihood of accidents becomes more pronounced. One boat will hit a submerged object with such impact that its occupants will end up in the water.
Rescue will not be too far away, but the trauma will be around for a long time.
**
There are so many guns in young hands that a shooting is never far away. Two young men have already been victims of gunshot wounds because for them a gun is the extension of their bodies. A simple quarrel in the hinterland would escalate. One of the men would then disappear to lay in ambush. The world will hear of the result.
