The Rotary Club of Georgetown Central, last evening, held its 30th Handing Over Ceremony at the Georgetown Club, with a new Board of Directors for 2013/2014 installed. The new President is Judy Semple-Joseph (seen fifth from right in photo with the other executive members). The guest speaker was prominent attorney-at-law, Nigel Hughes, who outlined his vision for how education in Guyana could improve dramatically by 2025.
