D ear Editor,
We the residents of Station Street, Kitty want to know what is the purpose of the court, since citizens are not obeying court orders.
We would like to know why is this disrespect continuing? The owner of this popular bar has persisted with overbearing noise and the customers continue with their unmannerly behavior despite the intervention of the court.
This same bar owner had recently appeared in court but has made it clear to other concerned residents that she doe s not mind paying several fines.
Their position is that money has to be made at our expense.
Even on the day of the court hearing, the operators of the bar defiantly continued with business as usual from 17:00 hours to 04:00 hours the following day.
The noise and ruckus continued that day until the other day.
We the citizens of station street kitty are calling on the relevant authorities to end this uncommon lawlessness.
Concerned residents
