The success at the elections is a clear indication by those who have placed their confidence in your leadership skills to lead the WICB once again to the pinnacle of international cricket.”
He continued, “We believe your victory was neither by share magic nor coincidence, but by your hard work and the confidence of the majority of those who have faith in in your management skills and your ability to steer the ship of West Indies cricket through stormy weather especially in the current chaos that prevails in Guyana.”
“As you begin your new term of office as President, we pray that the Almighty God will continue to shower you with blessings, wisdom, courage and sustained good health for the onerous task ahead. We also hope and pray that you will be able to deliver on your campaign promises as the Caribbean people especially the Guyanese masses anxiously anticipates.
