Dear Editor,
Mr. Vishnu Bisram’s contrived exegesis on the merits and demerits of Mr. Rickford Burke’s libel lawsuit against the Guyana Times newspaper as well as his attempt to expertly opine on American jurisprudence, published in the Kaieteur News on February 19, was impressive.
Equally impressive was his admission that he never even read the libelous Guyana Times article nor the complaint in Mr. Burke’s lawsuit, yet he found it credible and appropriate to pronounce.
I wish to therefore encourage him to make his scholarly legal expertise available to the defense.
