It is almost useless to restore order when the very society has become so disorderly. Try as they might, the police would always have to deal with people who should not have been granted a driver’s licence in the first place.
A speeding car would crash into a fence after trying to overtake two vehicles heading in the same direction. This is ignorance at its highest.
The wreckage will simply boost the scrap metal trade.

Carelessness and inadequate supervision will lead to the death of another child. Just the other day a child fell to its death when its mother lapsed. This time a mother is going to hang a child through a window as only a stupid mother would.
Neighbours are going to be so angry that they will attack the mother.

A police raid would uncover a quantity of weapons. Suddenly the police would realize that they had stumbled onto a den of criminals who were preying on the hapless.
One of these guns would be linked to a series of murders, including a recent murder which caused police to suspect that there was a drug connection.
