The Lusignan Golf Course will be a hive of keen competition today when the best golfers in the country compete for supremacy in the annual mega Courts Golf Tournament that will Tee-off at 12:30 noon.
Courts had earlier this week endorsed the event with its Managing Director, Clyde DeHaas, stating that they are proud to be associated with the sport. The event is being organised as part of the furniture and appliance giants 19th Anniversary Celebrations.
Among those competing this weekend is Kishan Bacchus, Alfred Mentore, Rawle Moore, Troy Cadogan, Munaf Arjune, M. Dinanath among some others. Joaan Deo and Christine Sookram will be competing among the women.
Secretary of the Lusignan Golf Course, David Mohamed had said that all the systems are in place for keen competition today. Joaan Deo and Christine Sookram will be competing among the women for the coveted championship trophy.
