Former Essequibo allrounder Elroy Stephney will host a cricket coaching clinic starting from Saturday at the Anna Regina Community Center ground. The clinic which starts from 10:00hours continues on Sunday and will last for 4 weekends.
According to Stephney the programme, which caters for U-15 and U-17 cricketers, will be supported by North Essequibo Cricket Committee and the Essequibo Cricket Board. Fundamentals of Batting, Bowling, Fielding and Wicketkeeping, Mental Approach, Game Scenarios and Team Strategies are some of the topics listed.
He told Kaieteur Sport that after the clinic North Essequibo will organize matches for the players and is asking for support from the business community.
