Dear Editor,
There are some ever widening potholes on the section of one mile Bartica Housing Scheme. During heavy rains, the rushing water washes away the sand and small stones beneath the asphalted surface.
The daily traffic, especially the heavily-ladened lorries which ply the roadway, makes it deteriorated faster. I wish to urge the Ministry of Works to rehabilitate this section urgently because a stitch in time saves nine.
