Members of Guyana’s Golden Jaguars football squad listen attentively to Technical Director Jamal Shabazz during a practice session at the Guyana National Stadium, Providence yesterday.
The Jags are down to face Jamaica on Friday in a warm-up game and left the country today for Jamaica to clash with the Reggae Boyz. The Jamaicans have called up 14 overseas based players for the engagement, while only some of Guyana’s overseas players will make that trip.
The squad will however be a full strength in the coming weeks for other warm up engagements and encampment at high altitude and their eventual World Cup qualifier.
