GDA / Granny Sports Bar Darts Tournament…Bissoondyal / Adams, Yearwood / Seeteram win Doubles titles

The Guyana Darts Association (GDA) in collaboration with Granny Sports Bar of Better Hope held two Doubles Tournaments on Friday evening, at, Better Hope where the sudden death one game open doubles and draw doubles best of three were contested.
In the one game 501 open double, Anthony Bissoondyal ‘aka’ Granny and Marilyn Adams beat Nicholas Murray/Leonardo Butcher in the final.
The losing semifinalists were Vickram Diaram / Rosetta Hiralall to the eventual winners and Nicholas Seetaram / Hemwattie Amyan to the runners-up.
The Draw Doubles best of three was won by Vibert Yearwood /Nicholas Seetaram from Sudesh Fitzgerald / Bryan Games 2/0.
In the semifinal, Yearwood / Seetaram edged Norman Madhoo / Javeed Nandalall and Anil Latchman / Sudesh Kumar lost to Fitzgerald / James.
The Highest Check Out prize was won by Christopher Amyan with 117pts.
