Police were last night questioning the mother of a two-year-old boy whose body was fished out of a trench near his D Field, Sophia home yesterday evening.
According to reports, the toddler, Christopher Daniels, was pulled out of a trench in front of his home at around 18:18 hrs by his brother, Kelvin Daniels, 12 years old.
His mother, Roxanne Daniels, accompanied by police, took him to the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation, where doctors pronounced him dead.
According to reports, the woman had left the child with his brother who for some reason took his eyes off him.
