A five-year-old boy was badly bitten on his foot last evening and enraged family
members are threatening to take action.
Jusean Romain was up to late last evening receiving treatment at the Georgetown Public Hospital.
According to his mother, Shonna, her son went to nearby shop on Callender Street, Albouystown, to make some purchases when a neighbour’s dog rushed out of a yard and started biting him. Neighbours managed to chase off the dog, but not before the boy had received several tear marks on his left leg and foot.
“Nobody ain’t claiming ownership of the dog. We know who it belong to,” the angry mother said.
Another relative claimed that a girl was also recently bitten, but the owner of the dog did nothing.
A report was made to the Ruimveldt Outpost.
