Staff of Scotiabank’s Credit Department on Friday, last, made a timely donation
Scotiabank staffers and Renita Charles, Help and Shelter’s Hotline Counselor (second from right) pose with the donated items
to Help and Shelter located on Homestretch Avenue, Georgetown. The items consisted of clothing for both adults and children, footwear, and some canned foods.
Montgomery King, the Department’s Accounts Officer, told Kaieteur News that the donation was compliments of the staff from the said department, who have the less fortunate and those who suffered injustice, at heart.
Renita Charles, Help and Shelter’s Hotline Counselor, told this publication that the shelter is very much appreciative of the donation which will benefit abused victims and children.
