-Revelers could join the Party Truck
The collaboration is exceptional. It brings together three of the best in their
respective business pursuits and Guyanese preparing to take to the road for the Mashramani celebrations are being presented with an opportunity to duplicate the ‘the Greatest show on Earth’, the Trinidad and Tobago Carnival.
Local revelers will have the chance to prance and dance to the latest releases of some of the best soca exponents in costumes designed by three-time champion designer Trevor Rose, who along with Pulse Entertainment and E-Networks Inc will ensure that all those desirous of participating in a band do so at a minimal cost.
Pulse Entertainment’s Robbie Singh, speaking with Kaieteur News yesterday at the New Palm Court where the costumes are on display, said that the concept is to allow anyone who would like to participate in the Mash activities an opportunity to do so on a Party Truck specially outfitted with all the necessary facilities at a reasonable cost.
“We will be having a Party Truck specifically equipped with a bar that will provide food and drinks as well as washroom facilities so that if any reveler does not wish to touch the road for the duration of the day’s activities he or she has all the amenities to make them comfortable on the truck,” Singh disclosed.
He said that there are two packages. The $5,000 package affords the reveler drinks all day, while the $10,000 is the all-inclusive that will include food and drinks.
Both packages allow free entry to the two parties arranged by the organisers which will kick off with the Mash Eve ‘Brain Wash’ Party to be followed by the after Mash ‘Body Heat’ Jam set for Mash Day.
Costumes are available at Movie Town on Alexander Street, Kitty; E-Networks Inc on Camp Street and the Mash Camp at Palm Court on Main Street and are also on display daily at the New Palm Court.
