Minister of Culture, Youth & Sport, Dr. Frank Anthony. Observations will be made by the newly-elected President of the Guyana Amateur Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, Mr. Keavon Bess and by visiting representatives from neighbouring Suriname and Brazil.

The five Directors of the company – Donald Sinclair (Managing Director), Robyn Marshall-Lord (Corporate Secretary and Finance Director), David Gomes (Director of External Resources), Onai Vasconcellos (Director of Event Logistics) and Diane Sinclair (Director of Judging and Personnel) are all persons with solid experience in the organizing, planning and promotion of bodybuilding and fitness events.
Some have had a long association, in executive capacity, with the Guyana Amateur and Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation. In addition to the five named Directors there are three Regional Coordinators – Winston Clement (Berbice), Shellyann Barker (Upper Demerara) and Oswayn Jones (West Demerara).
At the launching the organization will announce its programme of activities for 2012. Those activities are expected to include Flex Night events in Berbice, Linden and West Demerara, culminating in a grand Flex Night International and Health & Fitness Expo on December 8 at the National Cultural Centre.
The event starts at 7:00pm sharp at the Georgetown Club and attendance is by invitation.
