De police decide fuh charge Henry de Yellow pun a recommendation.  Normally de police does just charge but dem boys notice that of late dem always asking de DPP fuh decide if dem could charge or not.
A man molest a group of boys and de police get de evidence. Dem still had to ask de DPP if dem could charge. But de same police does quick fuh charge ordinary people when dem commit a crime. Sometimes de DPP don’t even know wha happening.
But that is how de same Henry mek de system wuk. That is de system wha come back to bite and he challenging it. He now know that it unconstitutional and it null and all kind of thing. Dem boys want fuh know who prepare de charge, if Henry de Yellow had to resign fuss before he coulda get charge because he create history.
He is de first serving Police Commissioner who got to appear in court, if he is still serving. But talk fuh rain and talk fuh sun, de charge li’l funny because dem boys see when de woman walk in de hotel behind he. Dem hear how she wait fuh weeks before she report and in that time she meet Henry and tek more money from he.
That is why dem boys decide that dem ain’t even watching anybody. Since you watch is an allegation. Dem boys even decide that dem ain’t even gun seh good morning to any young woman.
Dem boys also watching to see wha gun happen wid some of dem who get accuse of other things. Is Henry cause that. Big ones get accuse of rape and things like that and he tell de police don’t charge. Big ones thief and he tell de police don’t charge. Big ones shoot up and he tell de police don’t charge. Now nobody ain’t deh fuh tell people don’t charge.
And is de shame. Something like this never happen before. Henry mek history and he really sorry.
