Guyana got money like sand. When people seh that de country poor, dem lie. Imagine a man gone to India pun he own private business and de government give he US$20,000 fuh he pocket piece. That does only happen in rich country.
Obama does go pun official visit to some country and he don’t even get that kind of money. De House of Congress does argue that it ain’t got suh much money. Imagine Obama spend he own money fuh a vacation and de people claim how he spend too much.
But not Guyana. Is a case of how much people able to spend. That is why dem give de other one four million dollars. And how this thing happening?
Dem boys find out that when de money ain’t spend from de year before, instead of sending it back to de treasury dem got to spend it out. And that is wha dem doing. De only thing is that dem doing it secretly. Dem boys want to know if de Teperu holiday was freeness or somebody pay.
De thing is that nobody ain’t saying nutten and de people ain’t seeing dem in public. Of course, during de flood, dem see one, but not in de numbers dem use to see dem. That mean that dem spending de money smarty.
Dem boys want to know how Rob-Bert been in de bush suh long. Who pay? Dem ain’t got hotel there and de people love to cook fuh dem Minister suh it was like freeness ,but dem boys can imagine de account. Is de money from de treasury that dem got to spend out.
