Guyana Under-15 batsman, Quacy McPherson stroked 110 for Achievers of West Berbice, his second century in the competition to spearhead them to an innings and 105 run win over Bush Lot United.
The win cemented Achievers’ position at the top of Zone A and their place in the quarter finals of the 2011 Memorex/Leslie Amsterdam Memorial Under-17 Two Innings competition in the Ancient County.
Berbice Under-17 batsman, Nick Ramsaroop, hit 64 for Blairmont Community Centre but all-rounder Derick Narine-Lalsa Jnr’s 6 for 40 and 38 led D’Edward to first innings points.
