Joy Hillman, the woman who accused the Child Protection Agency (CPA) of negligence in an article published in Kaieteur News last Friday is not the same individual who burnt her five year old son and his six year old cousin on their privates.
Hillman is the woman who had accused the CPA of negligence after her two sons ran away from the Sophia Child Care Centre and went swimming while they were in the state’s care.
Hillman’s two sons are in fact secondary school students and are not the same boys, aged five and six, who were burnt on their privates after the mother of the elder boy caught them in an unnatural act.
Kaieteur News apologises to Ms. Hillman for any embarrassment the article might have caused.
