– did not make contact with family in nine months
Family members of 30-year-old Besham Narine of Lot 2 Adventure, Essequibo Coast are now frantic because they have not heard from him in nine months.
The man’s sister, Sharon Crosse, told Kaieteur News that her brother left to go take up a job in the interior in January and had been calling every month until last March when the calls stopped.
Crosse added that her brother always valued the holidays and would not have let them pass without coming out of the interior, or calling, at least.
“We can’t even get hold of he boss man who them does call sheep man. I hear that all of them come out fuh de holidays,” lamented Crosse.
Crosse told Kaieteur News that if the man does not return or contact the family by next March the family will treat his disappearance as a missing person and report it to the police.
The man’s mother and his four younger siblings are calling on the public for any information they may have on the man’s whereabouts.
