BV/Triumph enjoy home advantage to Buxton Stars as K&S football tourney continues

Captain of the BV/Triumph football team, Colin Jones, would be nurturing high ambitions of advancing to the next stage when his team faces off with Buxton Stars FC at the BV Community Centre Ground, Beterverwagting ECD tonight.
Naturally, the BV team will bank strongly on support from the community since those folks will not be required to travel very far to render such support. Jones would depend on several of his ‘soldiers’ including top guns Colin Jones, Linden Dennis, Devon Wilson, Uaan Grant and Mario Venezuela among others.
Likewise, the opposition will be fielding the likes of Owen Bobb, Jollyon Fraser, Michael Dover, Sherwin Griffith and Kwame Moffat as captain Rawle Fredericks looks to find the best combination to defeat his nemesis.
The Victoria Kings/Grove Hi-Tec encounter should provide some excitement as their respective captains, Pierre Joseph and Levi Braithwaite engage in a game of wits and guts to conquer. Both teams possess the requisite resources to forge a victory and the former will depend on Pierre Joseph, Aubrey Gibson, Rolston Morrison, Kwesi and Calvin De Souza and Kirk Warren.
With such interesting lineups, football buffs could be assured of the usual action packed displays evident in the competition. Kickoff time is 18:00hrs sharp.
