Amy Williams, Nicholas Seebaran and Kaley Bansrupan all have one thing in common. They are all Black Belts and members of Bassai Karate Dojo-International (BKD-I) in Orlando.
They are Youth Instructors of BKD-I, a member of the United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA) National Karate Program and the World United Karate Organization (WUKO) and the Trinidad and Tobago Karate Federation (TTKF) .
All three are have been confirmed as assistant instructors for BKD-I recently.
Amy teaches Kobudo (Okinawa Weapons) (Bo, Sai, Tonfa and Kama), Nicholas is in charge of officiating (WUKO rules) and Kaley teaches kata (formal exercises).
They are also ‘A’ students at their respective high schools, a mandatory requisite to occupy any youth instructor position at their karate school. Amy and Nicholas are 1st Dan and Kaley is 2nd Dan. Their ranks are in the official registrar of the WUKO.
They are all students of Sensei Darryl Williams, 6th Dan and will be in Trinidad and Tobago for the WUKO Caribbean Cup in September 2012.
