Brazilian President congratulates Ramotar on ascension to office

In a statement, President Dilma Rousseff stated “Mr. President, Please accept my most sincere congratulations for your victory at elections for the Presidency of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana, as well as my wishes for success in your high mission.
