Having abandoned their pens, paper, cameras and recorders, the Media was among the teams advancing on Thursday evening as play in this year’s ‘Guinness Greatest in da Streets’ continued with the final games in the round of 16 segment, at the Cultural Centre Tarmac.
In their clash against the highly touted Customs team, the Media led by a treble from Vernon Halley cruised to a 6-3 win.
Also on target for the winners were Errol Squires, who netted a double, while Capitol News’ Esan Griffith converted the other.
