REALLY! WHERE? I see a certain majority of a certain ethnic make-up and a few of the other. Where are the other ethnices.

Guyana is supposed to be the land of six (6) races. The Government loves to tout that line, when to their benefit.

Same thing nothing new. Juan Edghill, minister within the Finance Ministry? How pathetic. Sam Hinds, still Prime Minister, how sad. Luncheon, Head of Office of the President, grossly disgusting. Luncheon can’t make a decision to pay some foreign service employees promoted to the rank of ambassador over 9 years. Still waiting on Luncheon. The only minister deserving of his position is Dr. Ashni Singh. Guyana you make me sick.

Donald Ramotar new cabinet should have excluded Rohee and most of all Leslie Ramsammy I wonder why would he retain someone who was accused of signing off on a document that allowed a drug dealer the permission to import spy equipment into Guyana and have no idea what was going on in his head when he choose Juan Edghill as a Minister period!! Guess this president is not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

Georgetown, Guyana November 4th, 2011 — Bharrat Jagdeo, the leader of Guyana, the second poorest country in the Caribbean (after Haiti) has convinced his corrupt cabal in parliament to pass a bill approving a pension of more than $3,000,000 GY or $15,000 USD a month.

A pension of $15,000 USD a month in Guyana must be put into proper context. The average Guyanese worker will receive between $35 USD and $120 USD in pension when they meet the age of 65. Top quality secondary school teachers who have educated tens of thousands of now doctors, lawyers and professionals over a 40 year career could look forward to a pension of $7,500 GY per month. Jagdeo who is only 47yrs old has further insulted Guyanese citizens by demanding that he receive his pension, the month following his departure from office.

He will be receiving the same amount in pension benefits as George W. Bush, former President of the United States. The country’s economy cannot sustain that. Guyanese need to address and move pass the racial divide, until this issue is resolve the country as a whole will never progress.

Sometimes I wonder . Maybe the new presi doesn’t know what leadership is ……Like MakkeO’belli says ” it’s getting the order of things done even though difficult and dangerous” . What order these idiots know , how to thief and rob the nation . Rob Persaud still there , my god isn’t enough enough . No leadership at all . Can’t make decisions on his own much less asking those above.

thank goodness it’s not a china cabinet fill with crystal wares. Juan Edghill a junior minister within the finance ministry makes me sick not to my stomach but to my very being. Dem better look before he carry the collection buckets there.

Well, Well, Well, Juan Edghill, Minister within the Finance Ministry. So they created a position for to repay Edghill for his servitude. Guess we all could have seen that one coming. So from the get go its more of the same, surround the executive with yes men and reward the followers. What changes can we hope for?
